Additional Charges
Domestic shipping within Japan is JPY 1,000 (tax included). Orders of JPY 6,600 or more qualify for free domestic shipping. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges may apply depending on the destination and are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 28 business days after payment is confirmed. Production of findings or other components may require additional time. If you need your order by a specific date, please confirm the lead time before ordering.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are generally not accepted unless an unused item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery regarding damaged or defective items. Items returned without our prior approval may not be accepted.

Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout on the Tensei Pearl Online Store. Seven Payment is not available for transactions of JPY 300,000 or more, or for international orders and international shipping.

Receipts
If you require a receipt, please request it before shipment. The receipt will be enclosed with your order and cannot be sent separately.
